Union Car Spares started over four decades ago as a humble wrecking yard in Whangārei. Since then, we’ve grown into one of Northland’s most trusted private mechanical workshops and the go-to name for 4WD parts, accessories, and custom fit-outs.
In 2001, Scott and Liz took the reins, bringing with them a deep knowledge of the automotive industry, a passion for 4x4ing and a drive to build something better. Today, UCS is more than a mechanic shop — we’re a full-service vehicle workshop with specialist training in suspension, wheel alignments, diagnostics, and 4WD systems. Whether you drive a family wagon or a full-blown rig, we treat every job with the same level of care and precision.
